The Flying Start Programme for
Social Enterprises in Health

A 12 month programme to take 34 potential social enterprises in health and social services and bring them into being. The Programme started with a 3 day residential at UCLan, Preston , 16th–18th April 2007. The target is 66% operating ventures by April 2008.
